Let’s discuss and align on your functional and/or technical Remote Talent needs. A one-time recruitment fee will be required to kick-off your onboarding process.

TALENT ONBOARDING
We will welcome and officially onboard your Remote Talent to our organization. The employee will go through our comprehensive corporate policies and procedures orientation.

GO-LIVE!
Once training is complete, your Remote Talent is 100% dedicated to you. We begin to measure and report against mutually aligned to KPIs and goals.

TALENT SOURCING
We search for internal and external applicants that best fit your job criteria, and we put these candidates on a shortlist for your review. We then arrange video call interview between you and the Remote Talent prospect(s).

TRAINING
If it’s your first time with us, we assign you a project manager to facilitate the training and overall co-management of your Remote Talent. The training will be two-fold. First, training will be provided to you so we are both aligned on our operational model. Second, training/orientation will be provided by you to your Remote Talent on the specifics of the role.
The PM will be responsible in documenting these training. In the future, if you would need additional talent, these materials can be repurposed. Moreover, the project manager will also ensure that our service level agreements are met.

CONTINUOUS SKILLS ADVANCEMENT & PROMOTION
We will help in managing and building the proficiency of your Remote Talent. Continuous training and learning are embedded in our work culture. A highly skilled and experienced employee translates to increased efficiency and better work productivity. We will co-manage with you the periodic performance reviews and promotions of your Remote Talent.
